GetTalent Australia is recruiting experienced Automotive Technicians for established dealerships and automotive groups across Australia.

We are interested in technicians with dealership or OEM experience across brands including:

- BMW and MINI
- Mercedes-Benz
- Audi, Volkswagen, CUPRA and Škoda
- Jaguar Land Rover
- Porsche
- Volvo and Polestar
- Toyota and Lexus
- Hyundai and Kia
- Mitsubishi, Mazda, Nissan, Honda and Subaru
- BYD, Geely, Zeekr, GWM, Haval, Chery and other Chinese brands

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES Depending on your experience, positions may include:

- Automotive Technician
- Senior Automotive Technician
- Diagnostic Technician
- Master Technician
- EV or High-Voltage Technician
- Workshop Controller or Technical Specialist

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR To be considered, you should have:

- At least five years of relevant automotive technician experience
- Dealership or recognised OEM workshop experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical and diagnostic capabilities
- Relevant automotive trade qualifications
- Brand-specific training or certifications




- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to workshop safety and quality workmanship

Experience with electric vehicles, hybrid systems, high-voltage systems, advanced diagnostics or ECU programming will be highly regarded.

OVERSEAS CANDIDATES

Sponsorship opportunities may be available for suitably qualified overseas candidates.

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

- Only Candidates with TRA Skills Assessment are eligible.
- Completed the required English-language test
- Strong and verifiable dealership experience
- Genuine readiness to relocate to Australia
