About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to provide exceptional experiences across our Bar, Bistro and Gaming areas. This casual role offers a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts, giving you flexibility while being part of an energetic team. You will need to be available a minimum of 15 - 20 hours per week.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Serve and maintain gaming, bar and bistro areas.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure all areas are welcoming for customers.
- Work collaboratively with a team to create a fun and positive atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality is a bonus but not essential – we provide training!
- Attitude: A positive, can-do mindset and willingness to learn.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.
- Requirements: Must hold current RSA and RCG certification (or be willing to obtain them).
