The Queen’s Arms has opened with a BANG! WHAT AN OPENING!

Perth, you were more than ready for a proper British pub, and now we need a few more cracking humans to help keep those pints pouring!

We're on the hunt for experienced BAR SUPERVISORS who know their way around a busy pub, can lead a team with confidence and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in!

We're talking proper hands-on supervisors. The kind who can pour a perfect pint, keep the bar running like clockwork, have a laugh with the punters and rally the troops when things get a little bonkers!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

- Previous supervisory experience in a busy, high-volume pub or bar.
- Confidence leading, training and motivating a team of bartenders.
- A hands-on approach. You're on the floor, not hiding in the office!
- Strong beer, wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge. Bonus points if you know your British brews!
- Ability to manage busy services, stock, breaks and the occasional curveball.
- A good understanding of RSA and the confidence to handle tricky situations professionally.
- A proactive attitude, plenty of common sense and a cracking work ethic.
- A genuine love for hospitality, great customer service and a bit of good old-fashioned banter!

Most importantly, we want leaders who lead by example. If your team is in the trenches, you're right there with them. No egos, no standing around, just good people doing a bloody good job together!

THE DETAILS

Casual positions with shifts across evenings and weekends. MUST BE AVAILABLE SATURDAYS.

Pay as per HIGA,



with classification dependent on experience and responsibilities, plus applicable penalty rates.

Current RSA essential. Immediate start preferred!
