Miss Frank in Camberwell is looking for an experienced Barista & All-Rounder to join our team.

We're looking for someone who is already confident behind a commercial coffee machine and can step comfortably into a busy café environment. You should be able to work independently when required, work efficiently alongside other baristas during busy periods, and maintain great coffee quality throughout service.

This is not an entry-level barista position, so applicants must have solid previous experience working as a barista in a busy café.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years' professional barista experience preferred
- Commercial café barista experience is mandatory
- Strong espresso and milk-texturing skills
- Confident dialling in and making adjustments throughout the day
- Able to work solo on the machine when required
- Comfortable working alongside other baristas during busy service
- Able to maintain speed, consistency and presentation under pressure
- A bright, friendly and confident personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Willing to jump off the machine, run coffees, clear tables and help the wider team when required

More than just making coffee We're looking for someone who understands that being a great café barista isn't just about what's in the cup.





Miss Frank has a strong local customer base, so we want someone who enjoys getting to know our regulars, remembers faces and orders, and genuinely likes having a chat with customers.

You'll also need to be a team player. When the coffee rush slows down, we expect everyone to help out — whether that's running drinks, clearing tables, restocking, cleaning or helping another section get through service.

The role

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing consistently high-quality espresso coffee
- Dialling in and maintaining coffee quality throughout the day
- Managing the coffee machine independently when required
- Working efficiently with other baristas during busy periods
- Keeping the coffee station clean, organised and stocked
- Running coffees and assisting with floor service
- Providing warm and genuine customer service
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Supporting the wider café team wherever required

About you You'll suit this role if you're an experienced café barista who can hit the ground running.

We're after someone confident and capable behind the machine, but without the ego. You should care about making great coffee, enjoy working as part of a team and understand the importance of making customers feel welcome.

Pay: $26.44 – $39.66 per hour
