About Us

HomeTeam Group is opening LuLóu, our brand-new café located at 70 Eagle Street in Brisbane City.

We already operate MAS Espresso and Élan Café, both also located on Eagle Street, and are now looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join us for the opening of our newest venue.

We are ideally looking for someone to start the week before opening to complete training and preparation before we open to the public.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced baristas who are confident working in a busy café environment and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality coffee.

You will be responsible for:

- Dialling in and adjusting coffee grinders
- Producing consistent, high-quality coffee
- Confident milk texturing and latte art
- Working quickly and efficiently during busy service
- Opening and closing the coffee station
- Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
- Working as part of the wider café team and being willing to assist where required
- Bringing a positive,



reliable and genuine can-do attitude to the workplace

About You The successful applicant will have:

- Previous professional barista experience
- Strong coffee knowledge and technical skills
- Confidence with grinder adjustment and coffee extraction
- Good latte art skills
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong English communication skills
- A positive and team-focused attitude
- Excellent reliability and work ethic
- Availability Monday to Friday

What We Offer

- 34–38 hours per week
- Monday to Friday only
- No weekend shifts
- No evening shifts
- Early starts from approximately 6:00–6:30am
- Finishing times generally between approximately 2:00–4:30pm
- The opportunity to join a brand-new venue from opening day
- The support of an established hospitality group with existing venues in Eagle Street

Pay: $33.05 – $33.85 per hour
