Santini Bar & Grill, located within QT Perth and part of the EVT Group, is looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our bar team.
BARTENDER — CASUAL LEVEL 3
We’re looking for a bartender with some previous bartending experience who is keen to develop their skills in a busy bar and restaurant environment. You don’t need years of experience - we’re more interested in someone who understands the basics, is confident with guests, works well on the floor and brings the right attitude to the team. Some knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beer is preferred.
The position offers approximately 20–25 hours per week, with a adaptable roster. Evening and weekend availability is required.
DRINKS RUNNER / GLASSY — CASUAL LEVEL 2
We also have an opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door of hospitality. No previous experience is required, although some knowledge or interest in spirits and beer is preferred.
The role will involve running drinks, clearing and maintaining glassware,
supporting the bar and floor teams, and helping keep service running smoothly. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to develop your hospitality skills and progress into other roles within the bar team as you gain experience.
The position offers approximately 15–20 hours per week, primarily across weekends, at Casual Level 2 Award rates.
