Meister is a fast-paced, Monday–Friday café located in the lobby of a busy office building. We serve high-quality coffee and mostly takeaway orders to a loyal base of regulars. No weekends – ever – which makes this role perfect for someone looking for work-life balance.

We’re looking for an experienced barista (minimum 3 years’ experience) who thrives in high-volume environments and takes pride in consistency, speed and customer connection.

About the Role:

- 3–4 days per week (approximately 25–30 hours)
- Monday–Friday only – no weekends
- Quick-paced morning trade with a strong regular customer base
- Primarily takeaway service

About You:

- Minimum 3 years’ barista experience
- Confident working independently and handling busy rushes
- Friendly, personable and happy to have a chat with regulars
- Efficient, clean and organised
- Reliable and punctual
