We are looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic Restaurant Attendant – Bistro All-Rounder to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment and is happy to assist across all areas of the bistro. You will play an important role in providing great customer service while helping ensure the bistro operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide friendly service to customers.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and other drinks.
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and maintain a clean, presentable dining area.
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties as required.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
- Restock beverages, service areas and other supplies.
- Assist other team members during busy service periods.
- Follow workplace health, safety and food hygiene procedures.
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for every customer.

- Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience is desirable, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
