We are seeking BMS Control and Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years’ experience in Building Management System with solid understanding of HVAC Systems. Successful candidate would enjoy working as part of a team and foster positive attitude to work. The suitable candidate will be expected to show commitment in building the business through a proactive and enthusiastic attitude

About the role

- Develop project specific documents including points lists, function descriptions, commissioning sheets and other as required documentation

- Extensive experience in control systems design, Control and Automation, LV System Design (calculations, construction design, schematics), VSD systems, and Communication Systems;

- Testing, trouble shooting, programming and commissioning of Building Management Systems;

- Develop software code, interfaces and graphics for projects

- Experience with computer and networking systems including BACnet, MODBus and web services.

- Widespread skills and knowledge in electrical design and proven capability in Design Management.





- Review and report on existing BMS installations with the focus of providing optimisation and feature improvements

- Program Fault finding, and apply technical knowledge to address problem and determine action.

- Experience in preparing estimates for engineering design works and the capability to work safely in an electrical environment

- Provide support, guidance and mentorship to the team.

- Management of small to medium sized multi-disciplined related projects.

- Develop strong relationship with clients and colleagues.

- Promote safety in all aspects of project delivery.

About you

- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Control system/ software) or related discipline

- Relevant industry experience within building services

- At least 5 years' experience in Building Management System with solid understanding of HVAC Systems

- Previous experience with Tridium/Niagara, Honeywell or Schneider will be favourably looked upon

- Good work ethics

- Ability to provide mentorship

- Attention to details

- Focus on valuable client delivery and good relationship building skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
