/n Hutcheon and Pearce /n Branch Coordinator /n Full-Time /n Warren, NSW /n /n We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused team member to join our branch in a varied role supporting our Service, Parts and Administration functions. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping coordinate service jobs, provide parts and service support, and ensure the day-to-day operations of the branch run smoothly. /n /n About the Role: /n This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a busy setting. /n Key responsibilities include: /n /n
- Supporting customers throughout the service process, from initial enquiries through to job completion, including work orders, quotes, warranty claims and job scheduling.
/n
- Using your technical knowledge to assist the Service Manager and ensure jobs are coordinated efficiently.
/n
- Supporting parts sales, researching customer requirements, managing inventory and assisting with deliveries and merchandise.
/n
- Maintaining an organised and welcoming showroom, including displays and marketing materials.
/n
- Providing general administrative support across the Service, Parts and wider branch, including timesheets, invoices, records and dealership files.
/n
- Welcoming customers and visitors, managing incoming calls and ensuring a positive customer experience.
/n
- Assisting with branch administration, events, correspondence, mail and office supplies.
/n /n /n About You: /n Previous experience in an administrative and/or service advisor role or similar /n /n
- Strong people and communication skills
/n
- Positive attitude towards customer service
/n
- Ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Sales and Service Advisor software
/n
- Understanding of office procedures, data entry and technical terms
/n
- Capable in accounting and reconciliation
