On behalf of our client, a well-established operator in the industrial rental and equipment solutions space with multiple branches across the Pilbara, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their Karratha operation.
This is a resident role for someone who wants to build a long-term base in the region rather than fly in and out, leading a branch through the rhythm of shutdowns, projects, and day-to-day client relationships.
About the role
You'll take full accountability for branch performance, including operations, fleet utilisation, safety, team leadership, and reporting to the General Manager. Business development is a key part of the role, growing and maintaining client relationships across the region's mining, construction, and industrial sectors. The role includes some travel across the region to support customer relationships,
and occasional out-of-hours availability in line with operational needs.
About you
- Background in equipment or plant hire highly regarded
- Robust business development track record in a competitive regional market
- Comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership of a branch's performance
- Based in or genuinely willing to relocate to Karratha on a resident basis
What's on offer
- Salary package $120,000 to $130,000
- Fully maintained 4x4 dual cab, including personal use and fuel card
- $750 per week housing allowance
- Annual discretionary bonus tied to business performance
