A Day in the Life
You lead advocacy, influence, and media engagement for Redken across Australia and New Zealand, reporting directly to the Brand Director. You connect salon professionals, digital creators, and consumers to power brand love and commercial growth.
- Drive the end-to-end influencer and stylist seeding programme, partnering with our external agency to expand reach and earned media value.
- Manage PR agency deliverables and earned media storytelling to position Redken as the authority in professional haircare.
- Partner with media agencies to steer paid amplification for core launches and hero franchise campaigns.
- Create on-camera content for social platforms alongside brand ambassadors, salon artists, and internal digital teammates.
- Audit digital brand execution and e-merchandising across salon partner platforms and retailer pages to ensure launch consistency.
- Track campaign performance metrics across organic and paid channels, adjusting activations based on real-time audience engagement data.
We Are Looking For You Bring a Team-oriented Mindset, Creative Curiosity, And The Confidence To Represent Redken Both Behind And In Front Of The Camera. You Bring
- Advocacy & Influencer Marketing: Proven track record developing creator networks, stylist partnerships, and large-scale seeding campaigns.
- Media & Agency Management: Experience steering PR and paid media agencies to deliver integrated amplification strategies.
- Content Creation: Demonstrated comfort stepping in front of the camera to co-create video and social content with creators.
- Data Analysis & Optimisation:
Ability to translate engagement metrics and social listening insights into concrete campaign refinements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Skill in aligning advocacy initiatives across Sales, Salon Education, and Brand Marketing teams.
