We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members to join our team at Sharetea Chadstone, Chadstone Shopping Centre.

About the Role
As a Sharetea Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving bubble tea and other beverages according to Sharetea standards
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
- Providing friendly and productive customer service
- Preparing ingredients and completing daily opening and closing duties
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety and store presentation standards
- Restocking and monitoring ingredients and supplies
- Working efficiently with the team during busy trading periods
- Following store procedures, recipes and operational standards

- Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
- Strong and consistent availability over the next 6 months
- Must be available during key peak trading periods, including Christmas/New Year and Lunar New Year
- Applicants should not have extended holidays planned during these peak periods
- Previous bubble tea, café, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
- Full training will be provided
Employment & Hours
- Full time and Part-Time positions available
- Approximately 20–38 hours per week
- Full-Time applicants should have flexible availability across the week
- Weekend and public holiday availability may be required
