You will be the face of our company at reception while providing vital support to our dynamic administration team. /n What You Will Do /n /n
- Welcome visitors: Greet clients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.

- Manage phones: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries.

- Handle mail: Sort, distribute, and prepare daily mail and courier deliveries.
/n
- Support administration: Assist teams with data entry, scanning, filing, and document prep.
/n
- Maintain space: Keep the reception and meeting rooms tidy and fully stocked.

- Transparent verbal skills and a professional telephone manner.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet daily deadlines.

- Living near or able to reliably commute to Northcote.
