Business Analyst

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing Perth team in our SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources and Energy) sector

You will play a critical role in bridging business and technology teams, driving requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, process improvement, and successful solution delivery across a complex technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design discussions
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Support Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, user story development, and prioritization




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Assist with business case development, impact assessments, and change initiatives
- Work closely with program and project leadership to ensure alignment across delivery streams

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, program sponsors, and executives.
- Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders to build alignment and commitment to change.
- Coach leaders and managers on change leadership and people impact management.

Communications & Training
- Create targeted communication strategies and artefacts to support awareness and buy‑in.
- Partner with learning teams to design and deliver training and capability uplift programs.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the organisation

Adoption, Measurement & Reinforcement
- Define and track change adoption metrics and success measures.
- Identify resistance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Embed reinforcement mechanisms to ensure sustainable change post‑implementation.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology delivery environments
- Strong business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting Agile and Protected delivery frameworks
- Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, or Mining industries desirable
- Experience working with large enterprise platforms and transformation programs
- Strong analytical,



communication, and facilitation capabilities
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Experience working across onshore and offshore delivery teams advantageous

What We're Looking For
