We're currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Technology team based in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and collaborative professional who thrives on solving complex business problems, improving processes and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.

How you'll make an impact As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in translating business needs and product priorities into clear, structured and deliverable solutions that support My Plan Manager's strategic objectives.

Working closely with Product, UX, Engineering, QA and business stakeholders, you'll:

- Translate business needs, product priorities and user experiences into clear and actionable requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
- Define and document business rules, workflows, process maps and system requirements
- Identify risks, gaps, dependencies and opportunities for improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Ensure requirements are complete, testable and aligned to business outcomes
- Act as the key link between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Support delivery teams through proactive clarification, issue resolution and requirement validation
- Analyse delivery and requirement quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across the business




- Collaborate with Gallagher Bassett and internal stakeholders on technology-related projects
- Help deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve the experience of our participants, providers and employees

About you We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

You'll bring

- Experience working as a Business Analyst within technology, digital or transformation environments
- Strong requirements gathering, business analysis and documentation skills
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and business process documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience identifying and managing risks, dependencies and business impacts
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work across multiple teams
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
