Job Purpose The Business Coach role is a contractor position, providing one-on-one and group coaching to clients, ensuring it meets the expectations of our clients and The Epiphany brand and reputation.
The role incorporates both in person and online delivery of coaching and training. Candidates must be available for in person delivery in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to clients in accordance with the agreed client delivery schedule.
- Guide clients through the appropriate coaching program in accordance with content and client coaching objectives.
- Engage is accountability coaching with clients.
- Facilitate training including business topics and leadership and management.
- Assist clients with content and the recommendation of additional resources, where necessary, to enhance their skillset and mindset.
- Provide business improvement and strategic advice to clients on a continuous basis.
- Record coaching sessions and activities in the coaching portal.
- Work closely with the Coaching team to develop programs aligned to the mission of The Epiphany Group.
Qualifications and Competencies
- 5+ years business coaching experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics or related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and LMS.
- Robust proficiency in financial statements.
- High level of written and verbal Communication skills.
