Working closely with senior distribution professionals, you will gain broad exposure to investment products, platform relationships, adviser engagement, sales support, and market analysis. Key Responsibilities:

- Support the distribution team in generating and coordinating new business opportunities.
- Conduct market, competitor, and sector analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare investment and sales reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain CRM records, client profiles, pipeline activity, and reporting accuracy.
- Assist in managing relationships with platforms and investment partners.
- Coordinate investment manager updates and distribution communications.




- Support the delivery of events, roadshows, conferences, and adviser engagement initiatives.
- Gather and share market intelligence to support strategic growth initiatives.

About You:

- Experience within funds management, wealth management, financial services, banking, or investments.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially curious with a genuine passion for investment markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and highly motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
