Bedrock Workforce is recruiting a hands-on Business Development Manager to grow recent and existing accounts across the construction, industrial, hardware, manufacturing and trade sectors.

The package:

✅ $110,000 base salary + super

✅ Company van, mobile phone and laptop

✅ Attractive commission structure with strong earning potential The role:

- Win new business through calls, site visits, referrals and industry connections.
- Build strong customer relationships and grow existing accounts.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and take opportunities through to sale.
- Keep your pipeline moving, CRM current and margins commercially sound.





Who we’re looking for:

You’re an experienced B2B salesperson who is comfortable picking up the phone, getting in front of customers and closing deals. You take initiative, follow through and know how to turn a conversation into ongoing business.

Experience across construction, hardware, industrial supplies, building materials, manufacturing or trade sales will be highly regarded. A current Australian driver’s licence is essential.
