THE ROLE

This is a traditional BDM role.

You'll have the freedom to engage prospects by phone, online, networking, face-to-face and out in the market.

Find opportunities. Build relationships. Sell solutions. Close deals. Hit targets. Make money.

You'll be responsible for:

- Generating new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking and your own initiatives
- Engaging business owners, directors, and HR professionals
- Building strong client relationships
- Understanding client needs and presenting solutions
- Managing your pipeline and achieving sales targets
- Closing deals and earning UNCAPPED incentives

ABOUT YOU

- 5+ years' professional sales experience
- Proven B2B / new business development track record
- Consistent history of hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident dealing with senior decision-makers
- Consultative sales approach + proven ability to close

Experience in professional services, legal, HR, recruitment, insurance, financial services or B2B sales will be highly regarded.
