Oak N Design Co. is a premium, design-led timber flooring business with 15 years of industry experience, two Melbourne showrooms and a growing presence across the high-end residential construction market. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with robust existing relationships across Melbourne's building industry.

This role is for someone who already knows the builders, understands how the construction industry works and can turn established relationships into genuine business opportunities.

The Opportunity

Your primary focus will be builder acquisition and relationship development. You will be responsible for introducing Oak N Design Co. to your existing network,



opening doors with new builders and developing long-term supplier relationships that generate ongoing project work.

We provide the product, showrooms, sales support, quoting, supply and installation capability.

You bring the relationships. We provide the platform to turn them into business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leverage your existing network of Melbourne builders to introduce Oak N Design Co.
- Develop relationships with high-end residential and architectural builders.
- Meet with builder owners, directors, construction managers and purchasing decision-makers.
- Identify upcoming projects and opportunities to secure flooring specifications.
- Introduce Oak N Design Co.'s premium flooring collections and supply & installation offering.
