Summit Group is a growing Australian food business bringing together a portfolio of established and emerging food brands across multiple categories. At the heart of the foodservice portfolio is Everest Ice Cream — an iconic Australian brand with more than 60 years of heritage and an established national customer and distributor network.

We’re now looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of Western Australia and help take the market to the next level.

This is a newly created, fully remote role, giving you genuine ownership of your territory. You'll have an established distributor and customer base to build from, but the autonomy to decide where the opportunities are and how you grow the market.

You’ll ideally come from a foodservice sales environment — whether that's a distributor, a food manufacturer or another business selling into hospitality and foodservice.

What you’ll do

- Own and grow the WA foodservice territory
- Manage key distributor relationships and work alongside their sales teams
- Develop new business across cafés, restaurants, hospitality and foodservice




- Lead the growth of Everest Ice Cream across the state
- Introduce and grow the broader Summit Group portfolio over time
- Identify new customers, categories and commercial opportunities
- Manage the WA freezer and asset network
- Build relationships, present products and create demand in the market

You'll be:

- Commercial and relationship-driven
- Confident presenting and influencing
- Comfortable dealing with everyone from a café owner to a major distributor
- Highly autonomous and self-motivated
- Excited by the opportunity to own a market and make it your own
