Business Development Manager – Workforce outsourcing & Workforce Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing workforce solutions business in Brisbane.

The role will focus on new business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and growing our manpower outsourcing/labour hire services across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with HR, Procurement, Operations and Project decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, cold calling, networking and business development activities.
- Understand client workforce requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into business.
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly report on pipeline and business development activities.




- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in labour hire, recruitment, manpower outsourcing or workforce solutions.
- Strong B2B sales, networking and negotiation skills.
- Positive understanding of the Brisbane/Queensland business market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and target-oriented.
- Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel for client meetings preferred.
