Encore Freedom is looking to connect with experienced professionals interested in a new direction within the personal and leadership development sector.
This remote, performance-based role combines business development, digital marketing and professional relationship building, supported by established systems, training and mentoring.
The Role
You will promote established personal and leadership development programs through digital marketing and professional outreach.
· Implementing digital marketing and lead-generation activities
· Responding to enquiries generated through marketing campaigns
· Conducting structured discovery calls with prospective customers
· Following up and building professional relationships
· Working with established marketing systems and resources
· Participating in ongoing training, mentoring and professional development
· Managing your own schedule and daily activity
Previous digital marketing experience is not essential. Comprehensive training and established systems are provided.
Who We're Looking For
· Has at least five years of professional or business experience
· Communicates confidently and enjoys working with people
· Is self-motivated,
organised and comfortable working independently
· Is willing to learn and follow an established system
· Has an interest in personal and leadership development
· Values flexibility in how and where they work: flexibility to tailor to a part-time or full time schedule
· Is comfortable taking responsibility for their own activity and results
