About TesseractApps

TesseractApps is software for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers, built natively on Salesforce. Providers use one secure, scalable system to run care management, rostering, invoicing, support coordination and payroll. It also covers aged care and allied health. Automation cuts paperwork, so providers spend more time on client care and growing their business.

About the role

As our Business Development Representative, you start every sales conversation. You find NDIS providers who fit our ideal customer profile, start real conversations with them and book qualified demo meetings for our Business Development Managers.

This is a genuine stepping stone. We built this role so strong performers can move into a full cycle sales role as a Business Development Manager (BDM).

Key responsibilities

- Prospect new business through calls, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels
- Research and qualify providers against our ideal customer profile before booking a meeting
- Book a steady flow of qualified demos for our Business Development Managers
- Keep accurate records of your activity and pipeline in Salesforce
- Represent TesseractApps at expos and networking events around Australia
- Share what you hear in the market with our sales and product teams

Remuneration and growth

- Base salary of $75,000 plus super
- On-target earnings of $99,000+, made up of base plus performance bonuses when you hit target,



with uncapped commission on every deal your meetings turn into on top
- Formal performance review at 6 months, with potential to increase your base to $90,000 + super, taking on-target earnings to $114,000+ before deal commission
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, one of the most in-demand skill sets in business software
- Structured coaching in prospecting, qualification and the NDIS sector

Career progression

Business Development Representatives who consistently exceed their targets, and who book high-quality meetings that turn into sales, may be considered for:
- A base salary review
- Expanded targets and responsibility
- Promotion to Business Development Manager

Progression is based on performance, not time served.

About you

- Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting or another target-driven role, with results you can demonstrate
- Resilient, organised and energised by a high volume of conversations
- Clear and confident communication on the phone and in writing
- Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system, ideally Salesforce
- NDIS, healthcare or community services experience is highly regarded but not essential, as we will teach you the sector
- Comfortable in a quick-changing environment, open to feedback and happy to wear multiple hats
