Key responsibilities

- Extract, validate and consolidate data from SAP, SharePoint Online, Primavera P6, Aconex, Contruent, Revit, Excel and other business systems.

- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards and weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

- Analyse project, financial, resource, quality and schedule data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

- Reconcile data across systems and maintain reporting documentation, data definitions and access controls.

- Work with business and IT teams to automate reporting using Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Fabric and related tools.

Required experience and skills

- 10+ years in reporting, BI, data analytics, project controls or a related field,



ideally in a project-based enterprise.

- Advanced Excel, including Power Query, PivotTables and data models.

- Robust Power BI skills, including data modelling, DAX and dashboard development.

- Experience extracting and reporting data from

SAP and

SharePoint Online

.

- Strong data validation, stakeholder communication and process improvement skills.

Experience with Primavera P6, Aconex, Contruent, ECTR, Revit, SQL, Microsoft Fabric or API integrations is highly desirable.
