Role Description The Business Partner (EOR) will play a key role in growing and managing Formix Asia’s Employer of Record solutions, acting as a strategic liaison between clients, talent, and internal teams. This part-time hybrid role is based in Melbourne, VIC, with a blend of on-site client and team interactions and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying workforce needs, and designing EOR solutions that support compliant hiring and onboarding of talent across Asian markets and beyond.

The role involves coordinating with legal, HR, and operations teams to ensure accurate contracts, payroll, benefits,



and local compliance for remote and offshore staff, while monitoring service quality and resolving any operational issues.

The Business

Partner (EOR) will also support business development activities, contribute to proposals and presentations, track performance metrics, and provide insights to refine and expand Formix Asia’s global workforce offerings.

Qualifications

- Experience in Employer of Record (EOR), global workforce solutions, or international HR operations, with strong understanding of cross-border employment and compliance.
- Background in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, ideally covering executive search, leadership hiring, or specialist professional roles.
- Proven client relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement, account management, and consultative solution design.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret workforce data, manage budgets, and support pricing or proposals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with clear written and verbal skills suited to diverse international stakeholders.
- High level of organizational and coordination skills, including attention to detail, process management, and follow-through across multiple projects.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting in Melbourne, VIC, with the ability to collaborate effectively both in person and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Law, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; prior experience in Asia-Pacific markets is highly regarded.
