As a Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst, you will support the long-term planning of Cabin Crew activities, helping ensure industrial, regulatory and operational requirements are met. You will manage the pre-allocation and ongoing maintenance of training, ground duties, leave, crew movements and other roster-related activities before rosters are released for bidding and publication. This includes processing a high volume of allocation requests, running and interpreting reports, identifying training requirements, and adjusting allocations when operational priorities change.

Working within strict deadlines, you will apply relevant Enterprise Agreement, policy and compliance requirements to make informed workforce planning decisions. You will collaborate closely with Workforce Planning, Cabin Crew, operational leaders, Remuneration and Benefits, and other internal stakeholders to support accurate planning and effective crew utilisation.

You’ll have -

- Experience in workforce planning, rostering, scheduling, resource allocation or a similar operational planning environment is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify issues and support planning decisions
- Experience with Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with spreadsheets, formulas, filters and large datasets
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume work accurately within short and competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and experience working within policies, compliance requirements or audited processes
- Experience interpreting Awards, Enterprise Agreements, policies or other complex operational requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills in time-critical situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
- The ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across different portfolios
- A flexible and adaptable approach when operational priorities change




- Experience using ARMS or another rostering or workforce management system is desirable but not essential
- Experience in aviation, transport, logistics or another operational environment would be advantageous

You’ll have - Proven PC proficiency with intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel and Word skills Strong communication skills both verbal and written Highly developed time management and organisation skills Demonstrated team player and actively collaborates with colleagues A customer focused approach to problem solving Sound knowledge of MS Office suite including excel (spreadsheets and formulas) Highly motivated and goal driven Demonstrated analytical skills Ability to work under pressure Superior Award/EBA knowledge and interpretation ability Experience, hard work and inclusiveness are valued in our people.
