Luxpress Detailing is growing, and we're hiring for two roles at our South Melbourne facility: an experienced Car Detailer and a General Hand who wants to learn the trade. If you take pride in doing a job properly and like working on high-end cars, we want to hear from you.

About Luxpress Detailing

We detail vehicles to a high standard, from full interior and exterior details to paint correction and ceramic coatings. Every car that leaves our workshop has to be right, because our customers notice.

The roles

Car Detailer (experience preferred)

- Carry out full interior and exterior details
- Wash, vacuum and polish vehicles to a high standard
- Assist with paint correction and ceramic coating work
- Check every vehicle meets our quality standard before customer collection
- Look after detailing equipment and keep your workspace clean

General Hand (no experience needed)

- Help detailers with washing and vehicle preparation




- Keep the showroom and workshop clean and presentable
- Organise equipment, products and supplies
- Move and prepare vehicles when required
- Support the team with daily tasks

General Hands work alongside our detailers every day. If you show the right attitude, there's a real path to becoming a Car Detailer.

What we're looking for

- A robust eye for detail: small misses are what customers notice
- Reliable and on time, every time
- Good time management and a willingness to learn
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team
- Detailing experience is a plus (and required for the Detailer role)
- A valid driver's licence is preferred
