About the role

Snowy River Newcastle is seeking a Caravan Service & Repair Technician to join our team in Heatherbrae, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and repair work on caravans. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are well-maintained and ready for their next adventure.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive inspections, servicing and repairs on all makes and models of caravans
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Replacing and repairing parts, components and accessories
- Advising customers on recommended maintenance and repair work
- Maintaining detailed records of all work completed
- Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times

About you

- Proven experience as a Caravan Service & Repair Technician or similar role in the automotive/RV industry




- Strong technical skills and knowledge of caravan and recreational vehicle systems, including mechanics, electrics, plumbing and appliances
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Solid customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
