Ditch the desk. Build the adventure.

Luxury RVs WA is growing, and we’re looking for Caravan Technicians and Cabinet Makers to join our team in Rockingham.

If you’re practical, good with your hands and enjoy solving problems, this could be the chance for you.

- Caravan servicing and repairs
- Diagnosing and fixing technical issues
- Accessory installations and upgrades
- Pre-delivery inspections and checks
- Preparing caravans for customer handover
- Cabinetry construction, installation and repairs
- Interior fit-outs and finishing work
- Working across premium Australian-built caravans
- General workshop duties and problem solving

- We’re looking for people who:

- Enjoy practical, hands-on work
- Take pride in the quality of their workmanship
- Have strong attention to detail
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Have a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Are reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Have experience in a trade, automotive, marine, cabinetry or similar field — preferred, but not essential
- Hold a current driver’s licence

Why join Luxury RVs WA?

We’re not looking for someone to simply clock in and clock out.

We want people who want to become part of a growing business and build a long-term career in the caravan and RV industry.

You’ll receive

- Competitive pay
- Full-time, long-term employment
- Opportunities to develop your skills and grow with the business
- A supportive, hands-on team environment
- Variety — no two days are exactly the same
- The opportunity to work with some of Australia’s leading premium caravan brands
