How You'll Contribute
- Be responsible for export/import airline operation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Head Office, Port Authorities, and Civil Aviation Authorities.
- Manage ULD and accessories stock control.
- Supervise and manage Road Feeder Services (RFS): Monitor the truck service quality and punctuality, and ensure efficient, compliant cargo connection between air and road.
- Perform daily cargo operational activities.
- Handle cargo irregularities and customer complaints.
- Assist Branch office and Taiwan HQ with initial cargo setup in Sydney and support internal and external communication and coordination.

- Strong multitasking, communication and coordination skills.
- Fast learner with robust problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess full working rights in Australia.
It's what else matters
- Language: Proficient in English. Familiar with Mandarin is highly regarded.
- Education: Diploma, Bachelor's degree or above.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in cargo related industry.
- Valid Driving license is a plus.
- IATA Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) Certification is highly preferred.
