We’re a small family building business looking for a carpenter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that looks after each other.
We specialise in renovations and extensions, so it’s never the same job twice. There’s plenty of variety, challenges to work through and opportunities to stand back at the end of the day and be proud of what you’ve built.
We’re always striving for perfection, but we know great work starts with looking after our people. We bring an employee-first mentality, a positive, uplifting crew and room to grow within the business.
Who would fit in?
You might be an experienced carpenter who’s keen to share your knowledge and help guide a younger crew. Or you might be early in your trade,
eager to build your skills and learn from people who care about helping you succeed.
Either way, you’ll have a dedicated site supervisor, plus Jeremy and Steve in the office, backing you up.
We’re looking for someone reliable, keen and easy to get along with, who cares about the little details and enjoys being part of a team.
