The Position
- Liaise with transport companies to co-ordinate deliveries to meet clients service requirements
- Check AQIS and customs releases
- Monitor shipment status and update clients with expected delivery schedules and unexpected delays
- Confirm completion of deliveries and receiving Proof of Delivery details
- Calculate and prepare invoices
The Requirements To be considered for this role you require:
- Experience with a freight forwarder in cartage or transport
- Robust organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Well developed customer service focus
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- CargoWise experience
