Caloundra City Private School is located in Pelican Waters, a southern suburb of the Sunshine Coast, QLD. The school is non-denominational independent and provides exceptional education from early learning to year 12. We are seeking a casual Bus Driver to provide the safe and efficient transportation of students attending school each day.

About the position

· Drive private school bus each morning and afternoon for students

· Split shift.Morning (6.15 am to 8.30am)and afternoon shift during school terms(3.00 to 6.15 pm)

· Complete required safety checks and paperwork each shift

· Suit semi-retired or those looking for leisure time in the middle of the day

· Optional additional casual shifts for school excursions

This person will offer:

Skills

· Clear driving history

· Current driver license for a standard motor vehicle (LR,MR or HR )





· School bus driver experience preferred

Personal Characteristics

· Shows a robust commitment to deliver reliable service

· Be flexible and adapt in changing circumstances

· Work well with a team of teachers, school support staff, students and other community members to support the cultural and community life of the school.

· Live locally

· Be eligible to work in Australia and have or be able to gain:

· Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

· First Aid certificate

· Driver authorisation from Queensland Transport
