SIL & 1:1 Support | Variety of Shifts | Approximately 20 Hours Per Fortnight

Nextt is seeking reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Geelong, providing support across SIL homes and 1:1 community-based shifts.

About the Role You will provide person-centred, active support to clients living in SIL settings, as well as 1:1 support within the Geelong community.

Support may include:

- Personal care and daily living support
- Active support within SIL environments
- Supporting clients with psychosocial and mental health needs
- Autism-informed and behaviour support
- Community access and participation
- Encouraging independence and building life skills
- Supporting clients to engage in hobbies and activities such as gaming, board games, gardening and hiking
- Working collaboratively with clients, families and the wider support team

Location: SILs across Geelong, with 1:1 community support also available. About You We are looking for Support Workers who are:

- Compassionate, patient and reliable
- Confident supporting people with psychosocial and mental health needs
- Experienced or knowledgeable in autism and behaviour support
- Comfortable providing personal care and active support




- Able to build positive and respectful relationships
- Committed to supporting client choice, independence and dignity
- Adaptable and available across morning, afternoon and evening shifts

To be considered, you will need:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card
- Current Working With Children Check / Blue Card – Employee
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
- Current valid Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Relevant disability support experience

Pay Rates E3.1 Casual – In-Home and SIL SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

- Base hourly rate: $36.81
- Afternoon shift: $40.49 Shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday

- Active Night shift: $41.23 Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday

- Saturday: $51.54
- Sunday: $66.26
- Public Holiday: $80.99

Approximately 20 hours per fortnight, with a variety of morning, afternoon, evening and sleepover shifts available. If you are passionate about providing quality support and helping people achieve greater independence, we would love to hear from you.
