Nutrano Produce Group requires up to 300 hardworking and dedicated casual workers for our Gin Gin, QLD location to commence around November 2026 for 6 to 9 months, depending on season requirements. Duties: Duties include (but are not limited to) general farm work such as crop pruning and thinning, weeding, fruit picking, packing, and sorting. Requirements:
- The work is outdoors and is very physically demanding, involving heavy lifting, reaching, bending, standing and walking.
- A robust work ethic and willingness to work as a team within a large culturally diverse workforce is essential.
- These are casual roles; the successful applicants need to be able to commit to a placement of 6 to 9 months.
- Early morning starts will be required - start and finish times may vary depending on season and harvest requirements.
- Applicants must be willing and able to attend other Nutrano sites (Victoria, NT) on request.
- No previous skills or qualifications are required; training will be provided.
However, relevant licenses are required for vehicle or machinery operation.
- A pre-employment medical and screening will be required.
- Applicants must have full Australian
Working Rights for the period of employment.

Applications: Successful applicants will be offered casual employment under the Nutrano Group-Enterprise Agreement 2017. Hours of work will be up to 30+ hours per week (will vary dependant on seasonal requirements). Weekend and night work will be required, dependent on season requirements.
Must be able to commit to the entire placement, 88-day visa applicants need not apply. These roles are classified under ‘Unit Group 8412 Crop Farm Workers’ by ANZSCO - Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations.
