- Position: OSHC Educator
- Employment Type: Casual
- Location: Helensburgh
- Hours: Varies as required - including vacation care hours
- Pay rate: $28.81 to $36.57 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience) + 25% casual loading

What You Bring to the Role

- Experience delivering quality education and care to school aged children.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, child protection and mandatory reporting requirements.




- A child-safe mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development.
- Proficiency in time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- NSW Working with Children Check.
- Completion of Child Safe training (e.g. Understanding Child Safety and Responding to Harm), or willingness to complete prior to commencement
