Laneway Coffee is looking for a Superstar Floor Supervisor!

Laneway Coffee is a busy, fast-paced café where good coffee, good food and good people are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a confident Floor Supervisor to join our Laneway legends and help keep the floor running smoothly during busy services.

We’re looking for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working with people and can stay calm, organised and positive when the café is pumping.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous hospitality experience, ideally with supervisory or leadership experience
- Someone confident leading a team during busy service
- Hard-working, reliable and approachable
- Great communication and a positive attitude
- Someone who takes pride in awesome customer service
- Confident delegating tasks and supporting team members
- Someone who takes initiative and can make good decisions during service
- A natural team leader who enjoys training and supporting others
- Looking to commit to at least 6 months – the longer the better!
- Available for 15–25 hours per week (to start with)
- No evening work – daytime shifts only!

What you’ll be doing:





- Leading and supporting the floor team during busy services
- Delegating sections and responsibilities
- Keeping communication flowing between FOH and BOH
- Supporting and training newer team members
- Maintaining high customer service standards
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Keeping the floor organised, clean and running efficiently
- Being a positive role model and helping create a great team culture

Pay: $39.00 – $47.50 per hour
