About the role

We are seeking Casual Staff to join our team for the opening of our new venue in Bull Creek, WA 6149. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something special from the ground up, working in a fast-paced, vibrant bar and beverage environment. As casual staff, you will have flexibility in your working hours whilst being part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

This role offers the perfect opportunity to develop your hospitality skills, gain valuable experience, and be instrumental in establishing the culture and standards of our new venue.

Key responsibilities

- Providing friendly and efficient service to guests at the bar and throughout the venue

- Preparing and serving beverages to the highest standards, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks

- Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments using point-of-sale systems

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies and glassware

- Supporting the opening setup of the new venue, including familiarisation with systems, procedures and stock

- Assisting with event setup and breakdown as required

- Responding to customer requests and resolving any issues with professionalism and courtesy

- Adhering to all health, safety and liquor licensing regulations

- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues during busy periods





What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a bar, cafe or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential for enthusiastic candidates

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills and procedures
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak trading hours

- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends

- Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage service is advantageous

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- A valid current working with children or police check may be required depending on venue operations

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
