Rosslyn Bay Wharf & Co. is reopening as a fish market, coffee counter, takeaway kitchen and bar, all in one place on the water. We're building our founding casual team across three shifts: Day Team (Coffee & Cold Food), and Evening Team (Fish & Chips, Bar & Floor).
Key responsibilities
- Morning Team – Baristas: make great coffee for the early crowd of tradies, boaties and ferry passengers
- Day Team – Counter & Cold Food: prepare and serve rolls, salads and cabinet food for the lunch trade
- Day Team: take orders and payments, and keep the counter clean and stocked
- Evening Team – Fish & Chips Crew: take orders, cook on the fryers and pack takeaway meals
- Evening Team – Floor & Cleaning: clear tables, wash up, restock and help close the venue each night
About you
- Reliable and on time,
with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Weekend availability (essential, as that's when we're busiest)
- A Qld RSA for bar roles in the future
- Food safety awareness, or a willingness to learn
- Experience with cooking on the fryers and packing takeaway meals (Fish Market Team)
- Barista experience preferred but not essential (Day Team)
