Our people are empowered to collaborate, solve problems and deliver meaningful outcomes that support some of Australia's most recognised retail brands.The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has become available for a Category Specialist to join our Procurement team based in Mulgrave.Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, you will play a key role in delivering procurement and category management outcomes across a diverse portfolio of facilities management and indirect spend categories.You will lead end-to-end sourcing and tender activities, manage supplier performance, negotiate commercial agreements and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support operational and commercial success across the business.The category portfolio includes facilities management services and spare parts across HVAC and refrigeration, electrical and plumbing services, building maintenance, bakery and catering equipment, hire equipment and other service-related categories.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement professional looking to further develop their category management career within a fast-paced, collaborative and commercially focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement &
- Category ManagementDevelop and implement category strategies that support business objectivesLead sourcing and tender activities from market engagement through to implementationDeliver cost savings,

- Contract ManagementManage supplier relationships, performance and contractual complianceLead commercial negotiations and contract implementation activitiesMonitor supplier performance and resolve operational issuesFacilitate supplier reviews and performance discussionsStakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance and ProcurementPartner with suppliers and contractors to achieve business outcomesProvide procurement expertise and commercial support across the businessReporting &

- ExpertiseEssentialMinimum 3 years' experience in procurement, sourcing or commercial managementExperience leading end-to-end sourcing and tender processesStrong supplier relationship and contract management experienceExcellent analytical,
