Do you enjoy the quieter rhythm of a night shift, working independently, staying organised and being part of a team that keeps things moving behind the scenes? We are looking for Casual Administration Officers – Level 3 to join our Hot Desk team, providing vital administrative support at Gosford Hospital.

About the Opportunity

This Hot Desk Administration role operates 7 days a week, with shifts from 3:00pm to 3:30am.

You will provide administrative support across the Inpatient Units during the evening and overnight period, working across a dynamic environment where no two shifts are necessarily the same.

In this role you will:

- Keep things moving after hours by providing essential administrative support to our Inpatient Units throughout the evening and overnight.
- Be the trusted support behind the care, helping patients, staff and clinical teams with responsive, professional and compassionate service
- Enjoy variety and flexibility as you work across different Inpatient Units, managing changing priorities and using your initiative to get things done.
- Make a real difference while others sleep, ensuring our hospital services remain organised, connected and supported 7 days a week

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- A genuine love of night shift and enjoys working from 3:00pm–3:30am.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a calm and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Initiative,



adaptability and confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to supporting patients, staff and our Inpatient Units.
