ANZUK Education are partnering with small and well respected service located in Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter region. The owners have extensive experience in the sector but more importantly they genuinely care about their teams, families and children. The organisation recognises that the quality of care and education for the children is fundamental in its growth. The organisation believes in providing all educators with professional development opportunities to support ongoing learning.

The Role

- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of educators and leaders.
- Oversee the day to day operations.
- Great support with management for occupancy building and staffing.
- Support and develop educators through coaching and professional development.
- Build strong relationships with families, the local community, and stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes across the service.
- Work in a well resourced and built centre.
- Make your own roster.
- Bonus Structure.

You'll bring:
- A minimum Diploma of Children's Services
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
- Excellent Mentoring Skills




- Great written and verbal communication abilities
- Confidence in building relationships with families and the community
- Working with Children's check andcurrent first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
