What You’ll Do

As Centre Manager, you will:

- Lead, mentor and support a diverse team across activities, maintenance, kitchen, and housekeeping.
- Create a positive, collaborative workplace where people enjoy coming to work.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the entire centre—ensuring safety, quality,



and smooth operations.
- Act as the key liaison for onsite teachers, providing high‑level communication and service.
- Ensure compliance, risk management and safety standards are consistently met.
- Manage rostering, performance, and operational planning.
- Support financial oversight including budgets, CAPEX projects and procurement.
- Help the centre evolve and grow as part of our broader business strategy.

What You Bring We're looking for someone who is:

- An experienced leader or supervisor (outdoor education or camp setting ideal, but not essential)
- A explicit, confident communicator who builds trust and strong relationships
- Organised, calm under pressure, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities
- Passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Comfortable being present onsite during key delivery hours
