We're looking for a Change Manager to work on a technology transformation project for one of our clients in the insurance sector.

About the Role

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, technology and ways of working
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across multiple projects
- Develop and deliver targeted communications and engagement activities
- Develop and coordinate training and supporting materials




- Support user readiness, adoption and transition activities
- Develop practical change artefacts, including impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications plans, training approaches and adoption plans

About You

- Demonstrated experience delivering technology and business change initiatives
- Robust experience across the full change lifecycle, from strategy and impact assessment through to implementation and adoption
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working for an insurance provider.
