The Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to primarily run the grill and pan section, with involvement in function preparation and service. You will work under the Executive Chef as part of a well-established, professional kitchen team delivering:
- Modern fine dining
- Gastro-pub casual dining
- Event and function catering

What You'll Be Doing

- Running grill and pan sections during service
- Mise en place and section control




- Function prep and service support
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Upholding food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
- Working independently while supporting the team

Roster

- Tuesday to Friday: Lunch & Dinner
- Saturday: Evening service
- Sunday & Monday: Rostered days off

Additional hours may be required as directed by the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Management.

About You

- Trade qualified chef (apprenticeship completed)
- Strong experience on grill and pan sections
- Confident with mise en place and service flow
- Exposure to multiple food styles and current trends
- Guest-focused with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of food safety systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Australian work authorisation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
