We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our passionate and skilled kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering food of the highest standard.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our talented Executive Chef and our dedicated kitchen team. The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience, contribute to maintaining high culinary standards during busy service periods, and develop their career across all aspects of the venue’s operations.
With a 4-days-on, 3-days-off schedule, this role also offers an excellent chance to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a chef with the following skills and attributes:
- 2-3 years' experience in restaurants, pubs or hotels
- A genuine passion for food and experience across all kitchen sections
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual and available for late night shifts
- Strong attention to detail, well -presented and high standards of cleanliness — you will be working in an open kitchen
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
