Quoi Dining is a boutique French restaurant located in Norwest, Sydney, focused on delivering refined French cuisine, quality produce and an exceptional dining experience.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a professional, quality-driven kitchen.
You will be responsible for running your section to a high standard while working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent food and service.
We are looking for someone who:
● Has proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant environment
● Has strong cooking skills and a genuine passion for food
● Has experience with modern French or European cuisine — highly regarded
● Has excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, preparation and presentation
● Can confidently run their own section during busy services
● Maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
● Is reliable,
punctual and professional
● Works well as part of a team
● Has a solid work ethic and a desire to continue developing their skills
● Takes pride in consistency, presentation and attention to detail
