Noble falls tavern is located in the Perth hills and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team and help us with our continued and help us with growth and high culinary standards.
Key Responsiblity:
- Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality requirements.
- Contributing to menu planning, recipe development and improvements to existing dishes.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and portion consistency.
- Selecting, preparing ingredients while ensuring appropriate storage and stock rotation.
- Following and maintaining food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety standards.
- Coordinating kitchen operations and workflow during busy service periods to ensure food is prepared and served efficiently.
- Monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering supplies and reducing unnecessary food wastage.
- Assisting with food and kitchen cost control and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
- Providing guidance, training and support to junior kitchen staff.
- Showing them the cooking procedure.
- Working ellectively with management and front-of-house staff to maintain a high level of customer service
